You may use this website for your personal use only. You may not copy any pictures or product information without prior consent and not for commercial use at any time

Description, pricing and product information:

We have taken care to ensure that all information, pricing and description is up to date and accurate at the time of going online, however there may be variations to the product shown. If anything is unclear please contact us using the information at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.

Please allow 2-3 cm difference due to manual measurement. Different devices display colours differently, please consider this when viewing the colours on your device as the colour of the actual item.
All items are inclusive of VAT (apart from baby clothing which is subject to 0% VAT).
The price quoted does not include the delivery charge which will depend on the delivery method you choose on completion of your order.

Product availability:

Any orders placed are subject to availability of stock. Should any items not be available we will contact you within 24 hours to offer a refund, alternative or to place the item on back order for you and let you know when it will be delivered.

Order placement:

We have a right to cancel any order at any time up until dispatch. If you have already paid for the order you will be refunded in full. Also as a consumer you have a right to cancel your order for a refund at any time. All items are sent once payment has cleared, should payment not clear you will be informed by us so you can choose whether to provide an alternative payment (we also accept cheques and postal orders) or to cancel your order.


We accept online secure payments via Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to make a payment for your item. 

You may also pay in full or part using gift vouchers with the online code supplied on the voucher. If you have a discount code please feel free to use it on checkout.

Our responsibility to you:

If we are in breach of these Terms and Conditions we will only be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both parties at the relevant time you make an order. Our products are for personal use only and our liability shall in no event include business losses or interruption.
Our liability to you in connection with any order made will not exceed the total priced charged for the items.
This paragraph does not affect or limit our liability resulting from any products being sold that are found to be unsafe or if something we do negligently causes injury or death.

Product usage:

We cannot be held liable for incorrect use of our items, it is the consumers responsibility to ensure the safety of their child at all times when using any product purchased from us and to ensure the instructions provided have been carried out to the full. You should never leave your baby or child unattended and only use our products within the age range specified on the packaging of the product.

Cancellation of your order:

You have the right to cancel your order any time up to 14 days of purchase. If the item has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund you in full. If the order has been dispatched you can refuse to sign for delivery so that the item is returned to us, an admin fee of 10% of the value of the goods, plus the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund once we have received the item back in store. If you have accepted the item from the courier then an admin fee of 10% of the value of the goods, plus the cost of shipping and collection will be deducted from the refund once the item has arrived back and has been inspected.


In the event of an item being faulty or damaged when delivered,  We aim to repair the product by sending replacement parts out to the customers address as soon as possible. If the item develops a fault within 28 days of receiving and cannot be resolved be a replacement part, we will undertake the carriage costs incurred to get the item back to our warehouse for repair or replacement. After this period the customer will be liable to send the item back to our warehouse for repair or replacement. There will also be customer's responsibility to drain all fuels and turn off any fuel tap and power switches and package the item back to us with all ancillaries either in its original packaging or adequate packaging. We will aim to get the item repaired and back to you within 14 working days and if this does not happen we will replace the item. Where a replacement is not available a full refund will be offered at the manager’s discretion. If the customer would opt to have a refund without replacement or repair then it is a customer's responsibility to send the item back to our warehouse. 

We also strongly recommend you return the item with tracking as Liam's Bargains UK cannot be held responsible for loss of the item on it's way back to us. If you have destroyed or disposed of the original packaging it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged sufficiently to prevent damage during transit. Couriers will not collect items, especially a bike or quad bike if it is not sufficiently repackaged. We do not supply replacement packaging if you have disposed of the original packaging. It is the consumer's responsibility to make a claim for any loss with the courier used.

Please note your right to return an item does not apply to certain items unless there is a manufacturing fault, such items include:
Batteries​​​​​​​, Pull cords

Any battery or petrol powered ride on will not be exchanged if the item has a scratch or broken clip and has been fully built. It is therefore recommended that consumers check each item before assembly so that the item can be repackaged without further damage occurring during disassembly.

Any unauthorised repairs or exchange of parts will deem any remaining warranty void so it is imperative that contact is made if any faults exist before attempts are made to fix the item by the customer. 

If an item is not returned within 14 days it is assumed you have accepted it.

Faulty items:

Should you have any problems with an item please contact us via email on: sales@liamsbargains.co.uk. Where an item is faulty we would advise customers to phone us directly so our technicians can guide them through some simple troubleshooting steps. When returning items can you please enclose a covering letter stating your full details including order number, a daytime contact number and the reason for return. 

All items returned are fully checked on return for use and mishandling.


Any deliberate damaging of products will result in the customer's details being entered into the national fraud database which will affect all future online purchases not just those through Liam's Bargains UK. Claims through the legal system are always sought.

PayPal, Amazon and all leading banks and merchant services share information on all online purchases and any person regularly returning items and claiming false issues are flagged to merchants for our own safety. You have been warned.


You may not transfer your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we choose to ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation that you breach these Terms and Conditions.

We shall not be held liable for any breach of the Terms and Conditions that are out of our control.
All use of your personal information will be made in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to English law. We will try to solve and disagreement quickly and efficiently, should you wish to take it further you will need to do so in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

When you register and place an order from us it is assumed you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree please do not purchase from us.

Why recycle?

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

We can help

We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items.
Simply bring your old items to our Sleaford Store and we'll take care of the rest. You can also post the item you are replacing with your online purchase to us and we'll happily dispose of this for you. This is limited to like-for-like items only.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
